SQSC Teacher Workshops
These are practical, hands–on workshops for teachers.

Pick up new ideas for teaching science and technology in fun ways that hold a challenge for your students.
Come along to try these fun activities yourself with Science Circus presenters to guide you before taking them to your classroom. Booklets of workshop notes are included and provided to every participant.
Questacon Outreach activities align with the Curriculum Profiles for Australian Schools and support the teaching of science with practical ideas.
We offer two teacher worskhops:
- Stress Free Science & Technology
- Climate Change
This workshop is aimed at primary school teachers and explores a variety of hands-on activities using familiar low cost materials (paper clips, plastic tubes, string, tape etc).
This workshop has been developed for teachers of Years 5 to 9 and will arm you with some creative ways to look at climate change in the classroom.
