- We’ve inflated, deflated and exploded more than 25 000 balloons,
- Used 10 000 litres of green gooey slime to gross-out teachers/students, and
- Frozen stuff with more than 4 000 litres of liquid nitrogen.
- We’ve encouraged and inspired over 4 100 teachers in professional development workshops since 2000, and
- Have inspired two generations of children with over 7 700 school visits.
- We visit over 90 Indigenous communities,
- Made multiple visits to 490 regional and remote towns around Australia, and
- We are one of the world’s most travelled and recognised outreach programs.
- Over 2.1 million visitors have experienced our outreach program…that’s nearly one in 10 Australians! (Not bad for a country as spread out as this one!),
- Plus, the Science Circus primarily goes to regional areas and as just over eight million people live outside capital cities, we have visited almost 25 per cent of people outside major capital cities.
